I have practiced praying and blessing for a long time, even when I hear about a bad accident or a victim of crime. Blessing, like thanking, raises the vibration, which also radiates into the field, while scolding, judging and condemning lowers the vibration. As we are used to perceiving the negative more than the good, this pulls us down and slows down our vibration.
It’s not about finding everything good, but about remaining balanced and neutral. Love, joy and mindfulness raise our vibration, as do helpfulness, order, a sense of aesthetics and beauty, a connection with nature and physical exercise, conscious eating and classical music. We are constantly influenced by social media, news, television – as far as we still watch. Even “conspiracy theories” and opinion mongering all have the task of polarizing us and putting us in a position of judgement, so that we are always weakened in the end.
We like to hear the sentence: “Love is the only answer” because we feel that we are put into a higher vibration just by saying these words. It feels so good. But if we then receive a lot of negative messages on social media again, we can be sure that our own vibration is strongly influenced by what we rate as good or bad. What we get upset about, what we reject or regard as impossible behavior. We talk about the power of our thoughts, but to achieve this, we first need to reach a high state of consciousness, i.e. a correspondingly high vibration.
It is time to get into action, into applying our beliefs and thoughts of love. Sending out blessings, using loving language, not forgetting to say thank you. Small loving gestures – even to strangers – are a good start. Spending more time away from the media is very important. Also walks in the great outdoors, by the water. Spending time with children or animals is food for the soul and an expression of a loving attitude.
